the original version of this song appeared on the florida band’s debut album last year, but it’s revamped with a whole lotta sass and it’s extra lovable now. portland’s andré allen anjos is back with a new remix volume unleashing tomorrow. this guy is hella good with a capital G with the remixes. i’d get the collection and throw yourself a hearty shindig. emixartistcollective.com

these florida boys released their debut album early this year and it’s been agreed upon that it’s a solid debut. this song is the opening track on the album and their latest video. it’s a great spoof on late t.v. that we have been suckered into watching at some point another.

surfer blood – astro coast – swim

this florida band has been buzzing around for a while, even before their release of their first album last month. i’ve listened here and there and man, it’s sure growing on me and i’m officially sold. it’s damn good indie rock. period. those who are sick of vampire weekend, be sick no more.
