james blake – lindisfarne
i’ve made silly pacts with friends before in my younger years, but nothing involving eating each others spit. the new video for james blake’s “lindisfarne”, which is a combination of lindisfarne i and ii from his self-titled debut album, is an odd and strangely captivating narrative of a group of friends as they bid adieu to one friend in their circle. mr. blake himself makes a cameo. the video certainly makes anything i might have ever deemed as weird in my childhood seem quite normal. enjoy.
