the danish duo are back with their fifth album in a couple of weeks. i have been a long fan of their 50s, 60s influenced surf pop. they’ve stated the new album won’t feature their signature surf rock beats, but their single from the new album has everyone’s sweet tooth satisfied regardless. it’s sugary and catchy as can be and although it’s a departure from what we know from them, i’m on board. www.theraveonettes.com
