niki and the dove – mother protect
this swedish trio have been compared to the knife and fever ray. the comparisons are accurate. their new single is more reminiscent of the knife on a slow pop rampage and i like, especially the panpipe. there is no niki in the band. the lead singer is malin dahlström and she is a killer. this is epic pop music meant to leave you wretched and loving it. you can download the single at their website. www.myspace.com/nikiandthedove
