it’s 1980. these guys were huge in the uk, boasting 18 back to back top 40 singles and now they are icons. this song went straight to number one and 30 years later it’s still kick-ass. what more needs to be said? it’s early paul weller. it’s the jam. they are legend. the public gets what the public wants.
