new blitzen trapper album

it’s about bloody time yo. it’s been two years since furr and fans have been patiently waiting for more that portland woodsy awesomeness. destroyer of the void is releasing june 8th. i’m very excited to hear the new album was produced by mike coykendall, who has has produced for m. ward and bright eyes. they’re starting their tour in portland later this month and will continue to tour in north america and europe through the summer.

new teenage fanclub album details

it’s been five years since their last album and about 15 years since i first fell in love with this scottish band and discovered bandwagonesque. their new album, shadows, releases june 8th. hoorah! and they’ll be touring the uk and ireland this spring and the states in september, just in time for my birthday, another hoorah!

a classic education – what my life could have been

the six piece italian band, headed by a canadian born singer, just got done with sxsw and a string of  shows in nyc. their two song ep is available to download and lemme tell ya, these are two songs you want in your library. they are not good. they’re grrreeeaaat. fans of the pains of being pure at heart will feel at home with their bouncy fuzzy indie pop.
